 Adam oversees Ticketmaster’s global sports business spanning 30 countries. With over 20 years in the sports ticketing industry, Adam has worked with many of the world’s greatest sports teams, venues and events including Premier League Football Clubs, the IAAF and multiple editions of the Rugby World Cup and the Olympic Games.

Chris Gratton

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Ticketmaster Sport, Chris is responsible for overseeing all business operations for the UK Sports ticketing business including finance, operations, marketing, business development, partnerships, and client relationships. Chris has worked across the breadth of sport, arriving from FleishmanHillard Fishburn where he launched the sports division of the organisation. Chris has worked closely with the world’s biggest brands and brings his experience to help us transform sports ticketing.

Stefanos Kakarantzas

Chief Operating Officer – XT

Stefanos provides client relationship, operational management and business development for all areas of the business, including management of the technology team that delivers major global tournaments.

Having worked in ticketing since 2001 Stefanos has numerous career highlights including Director of ticketing for Athens 2004 Olympic & Paralympic Games and founded Tickethour a company that was acquired by Ticketmaster in 2016.

Laura Johnson

Director of Sales & Marketing

Laura leads B2B & B2C Sales and Marketing for Ticketmaster Sport working across both UK and International markets to promote the Ticketmaster Sport brand and service offering to key clients and prospects. With over 13 years’ experience in numerous ticketing and live entertainment retail marketing roles, Laura has a wealth of B2B & B2C marketing experience including brand strategy, content marketing, cross-channel advertising & planning, CRM, social media and event management

Richard Evans

Director of Tournaments

For over 25 years, Richard has been responsible for developing and supporting the Ticketmaster Sport Tournaments business which includes the acquisition, planning, development and delivery of many high profile global tournaments.

Most notable career highlights include managing our relationship with UEFA for several European Championships between 1996 and 2008, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, , The Commonwealth Games in Manchester 2002 and Glasgow 2014 and the Rugby World Cup’s in England 2015 and Japan 2019.

Rob Holland

Director of Operations

Rob is responsible for managing the Client Account Management, Service Desk, Product Training and Ticketing Operations Teams for Ticketmaster Sport. Rob has over 25 years’ ticketing experience and has worked at multiple venues and ticket agencies before joining Ticketmaster in 2011. Rob was a key member of the teams that opened the Manchester Arena in 1995 and provided ticket services for London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Lee Tutill

Senior Sales Manager

Lee is responsible for both growing the UK sport business and managing ongoing relationships. With over 25 years experience, Lee has covered numerous operational and customer-facing roles providing a wealth of insight into sports ticketing. Lee has also provided extensive account management support for Tottenham Hotspur FC, all of the UK rugby unions and Arsenal FC.

Dimitrios Petropoulos

Business Development Director

Dimitrios is responsible for the expansion of Ticketmaster Sport products and technology across International markets. Dimitrios has led on the ticketing implementation and operations in many leading International sports bodies and organisations spanning 10 countries

Lisa Cobham

Senior Vice President Fan Experience

 Lisa is the Senior Vice President for Fan Experience at Ticketmaster International. She is a leading Customer Service and Contact Centre professional with over 14 years’ experience in the ticketing business. As the driving force behind Ticketmaster’s Fan Experience strategy, her role is focused on improving the end to end customer journey. Measuring and monitoring fan feedback, identifying any pain points to help build and shape future outcomes, whilst influencing a Fan First culture across the business. Her sole ambition is to deliver a best-in-class experience to fans, challenging the business and the industry to do better.

Michael Ashley

Head of Ticketing Operations

Michael leads Sports Ticketing Operations, including fully outsourced membership schemes and event management, ticket and stadium access card printing and fulfilment, direct debit schemes and Contact Centre sales and Customer Services . With over 17 years’ experience in ticketing and contact centre operations, Michael has a wealth of specialist knowledge across multiple functions and has assisted in the delivery of major events including London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Glasgow 2014 and the ICC World T20.
