As part of the renewed agreement, Ticketmaster will continue to provide top-tier ticketing technology and exceptional customer service, ensuring fans have reliable and convenient access to West Ham matches. The club’s supporters have been able to access functions like Ticket Exchange, Ticket Transfer, Memberships and Hospitality through Ticketmaster.
The new developments to the ticket-buying process will maximise operational efficiency for staff through a busy schedule this season, West Ham will introduce automated sales, which will allow staff to efficiently manage ticket releases for season ticket holders, members, and general sales without needing manual adjustments. Furthermore, supporters will have the option to pay via a simple link when on the phone to the ticket office, simplifying transactions and reducing manual input of credit card details. Our goal is to streamline the process, enhancing overall enjoyment for supporters and reducing workload for staff.
