Created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across a variety of industries and disciplines, the Awards showcase the organisations and the talented teams and individuals within them, who are leading the way when it comes to delivering outstanding customer experience.
Ticketmaster UK entered in the ‘Contact Centre – Small’ category of these national awards.
The awards were held at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge on Friday 25th September.
Lisa Cobham, Matt Wilkinson & Kyle Byrne had to present in front of a panel of judges and wow them with our achievements on this project.

The team put up a valiant fight to bring the award home but lost out on the day to AmicusHorizon. A great achievement none the less from the Ticketmaster team, who will come back next year with every chance of winning this great award!
