Notts County have sensationally broken the National League attendance record when they welcomed 12,843 fans to Meadow Lane on Saturday 13 November in a 2-0 match v Solihull Moors.
Expressing gratitude, Chief Executive, Jason Turner commented, “Our main objective was always to engage as many people as possible and to present families with the opportunity to enjoy an exciting, affordable day out, but breaking the record is a huge bonus and a reflection of the club’s massive potential. On behalf of the board I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended and created such a memorable atmosphere – from our loyal season ticket holders who have stuck by the club through thick and thin to those making their first ever visit to Meadow Lane. You are all history-makers and our appreciation of your support is immeasurable.”
